Odell Jones III is a Senior Project Manager for the Diggs Group Heritage, LLC having joined the firm in 2012. Jones has more than 30 years of experience working in and with the City of Detroit in building design and construction. He has broad experience in program and facilities planning; preparation of contract documents; building systems design; field administration; and project management. He ensures that each project provides the specified value to the owner and end-users. He provides leadership, strategic and business planning as well as business development for the organization.
Jones has been active in the community serving in a variety of leadership roles with Associated General Contractors of America, Greater Detroit Chapter, 2006 Chairman of the Board; ABA Forum on the Construction Industry; ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section; American Records Management Association; Construction Financial Management Association;
Construction Specifications Institute; International Facility Management Association; National Institute of Building Sciences; City of Detroit Historic District Commission Vice Chair and NIBS Building Enclosure Technology and Environment Council, Building Smart Alliance, Council on Finance, Insurance and Real Estate and their Facility Maintenance and Operations Committee.
